The Mosquito Slayer

The Acadia Better Living Company is an authorized service center for the Mosquito Slayer product line. If you need to send us a machine that is covered by the warranty, we will have yours or a replacement out to you, by overnight mail, at our expanse, within 48 hours after we receive your unit.


The Bantix Worldwide Mosquito Management System, which is marketed under several names, including The Mosquito Slayer, is guaranteed against defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal conditions of use for 12 months from the date of purchase.

If any part of this product, excepting the untraviolet tube and consumables such as the Octenol cartridge and the Lactic Lure attractant, becomes defective within the warranty period, Bantix Worldwide Pty Ltd will replace the unit or, at its option, repair or replace the defective part(s).

Except as otherwise provided by law,this guarantee becomes invalid if, in the opinion of the company the product has been misused, abused, damaged in transit, incorrectly installed or connected to an electrical supply not corresponsponding with the product specification.

Please note this product warranty is limited to and conditional upon:

• The defective parts or unit being securely packed in a carton for return to Bantix Worldwide Pty Ltd or approved agent.
  
  
• The owner/user of the unit assuning the cost of returning the unit or any part claimed to be defective.

Note: Please also retain your receipt in the event that you need to make a claim on the warranty.
