The Mosquito Slayer mimics the animals that mosquitoes love to bite.

The Mosquito Slayer uses 10 proven attractants to trap mosquitoes.

The Mosquito Slayer is easily installed and maintained.

How it works

The Mosquito Slayer uses the very same elements that attract blood-sucking insects to humans to lure them into its trap. The release of carbon dioxide gas is precisely controlled via the onboard programmable clock. This negates the need for an expensive regulator and produces the same amount of gas that three humans would exhale.

The carbon dioxide is released along with a combination of other mosquito attractiants, including Lactic Lure™, which mimics human sweat, and octenol, a chemical released by animals that consume a lot of vegetation, such as cows.

A small electric fan sends the aroma wafting through the air. Although the scent is undetectable to humans, blood-sucking insects find it irresistible. As the insects draw closer, they are attracted by spectrum and ultraviolet lights that draw them in toward the opening. When they enter, the fan blows them down into the tray of attractant solution where they drown. It's the combination and quantity of each of the components that makes the Mosquito Slayer the most effective device in the control of adult female mosquitoes, black flies, midges and sandflies in the world.
